At Black Friday Daily™ (“BFD”), we value our customers and visitors to our Websites and respect your concerns about the privacy of your personal information and data security.

Our Privacy and Security Policy (the "Privacy Policy") is intended to protect your privacy and provide you with a safe and secure experience in shopping. This Privacy Policy protects consumers’ information through our Website and m-commerce App.

1. What We Collect

We may collect both personally identifiable information about you and non-personally identifiable information about your visit when you access our website.

Personally identifiable information

We collect personally identifiable information when you register with BFD™, you fill out a site form or provide us with feedback. The personally identifiable information we collect includes your name, email address, password, birthday (optional), gender, and filters for clothing size (optional), style (optional), brands you like to follow (optional), notification preferences (optional) and a shopping price range. Payment information is collected via third-party vendors from their shopping portals and not retained by BDF.

Non-personally Identifiable Information

We use Cookies, Log Files and Web Beacons that may collect your IP address, domain, browser type and language, referring website addresses, date/time of visits, page view data, and search keywords.

How We Use Your Information

We may use the personal information we collect from you when you register, make a purchase, sign up for our newsletter, respond to a survey or marketing communication or use certain other site features in the following ways:

  • To allow us to better service you in responding to your customer service requests;

Nonetheless, we seek to protect the integrity of our site and welcome any feedback about these sites.

You can change any personally identifiable information provided via email to us at support@thebfdapp.com.

You can choose to have your computer warn you each time a cookie is being sent, or you can choose to turn off all cookies. You do this through your browser (like Internet Explorer) settings. Each browser is a little different so look at your browser's Help menu to learn the correct way to modify your cookies. If you disable cookies, some features will be disabled.

Users can set preferences for how Google advertises to you using the Google Ad Settings’ page. Alternatively, you can opt out by visiting the Network Advertising initiative opt out page or permanently using the Google Analytics Opt-Out Browser add on.

You acknowledge and agree that BFD™ may retain your information indefinitely. We use reasonable efforts to protect the security of your personal information. Please be aware that, although we endeavor to provide reasonable security for user personal information we process and maintain, no security measures can guarantee absolute safety and prevent all potential security breaches.

From time to time, we may change this privacy policy to accommodate new technologies, industry practices, regulatory requirements or for other purposes.

We will provide notice to you if these changes are material on our website and, where required by applicable law, we will obtain your consent. For your information the date this policy was last updated is listed at the top of this page.

9. What Information is collected from Children?

BFD™ is concerned about children’s privacy. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of 13 without verifiable parental consent and unless expressly identified on specific pages of our website. If you are under the age of 13, please do not provide personally identifiable information of any kind whatsoever.

10. California Disclosures

Shine the Light Disclosures: Civil Code Section 1798.83 permits you to request information regarding the disclosure of your personal information to third parties for the third parties’ direct marketing purposes. At this point, BFD does not share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Eraser Law Procedure: Business and Professions Code Section 22581 permits registered users who are minors to request and obtain deletion of certain posted content. To make such a request, please send an email with a detailed description of the specific content or information to support@thebfdapp.com. Please be aware that such a request does not ensure complete or comprehensive removal of the content or information you have posted and that there may be circumstances in which the law does not require or allow removal even if requested.

Do Not Track Disclosures: Business and Professions Code Sections 22575(b) requires websites to disclose their practices with respect to the use of tracking technology by third parties and whether the site honors “web browser” do not track signals. While BFD and third parties may track a user’s internet activities, no third parties are able to collect personally identifiable information from this website. In addition, BFD honors browser “do not track” settings.
